What we collect
To answer and book calls on your behalf, Wirewoman processes caller phone numbers, names, addresses, the reason for the call, and the booking details. We also keep call recordings and transcripts so summaries are accurate and you can review any job.
How we use it
Call data is used only to run your receptionist — answering, qualifying, booking, and texting you summaries. We do not sell caller data. We share it only with the tools you connect (your calendar or CRM) and the infrastructure providers required to deliver the service.
Retention
Recordings and transcripts are retained for the period needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your rights
